- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized individuals to drive is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. 8. Liability Restrictions
