- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Driving outside designated geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Skelmersdale is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services.
